Services require full payment upfront, with a 14-day money-back guarantee if no services have been rendered. Scheduling policies require 24-hour notice for rescheduling, and late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees. All sessions and materials are confidential, and clients must adhere to a professional code of conduct. While strategic guidance is provided, results are not guaranteed, and clients are responsible for their outcomes. SERVICE POLICY FOR ULLMAN R4M CONSULTING, LLC

1. General Terms
By purchasing any service from Ullman R4M Consulting, LLC, you agree to these terms. Services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and provide professional guidance, not legal, financial, or medical advice. Results are not guaranteed and vary based on client effort and execution.

2. Service Offerings
- One-Time Services: Single-session consultations or project-based services.
- Standard Package: A 3-month engagement for ongoing strategy and coaching.
- Premium Package: A 6-month engagement for extended coaching and deeper strategy.
- Exclusive R4M Advantage: Priority access, exclusive training, and personalized coaching.

3. Payment & Refunds
- Full payment is required before service begins.
- A 14-day money-back guarantee applies if no services have been rendered. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
- After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Services are scheduled based on availability.
- 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling; failure to do so may result in a forfeited session.
- Cancellations within 12 hours incur a $100 fee.
- No-shows will be charged a $100 fee.
- Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in session reduction or a $50 fee if extended.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Sessions, materials, and strategies remain confidential and are the intellectual property of Ullman R4M Consulting, LLC. No sharing, recording, or redistribution is allowed without consent.

6. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, unethical behavior, or misconduct may result in immediate service termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability & Results Disclaimer
We provide strategic guidance, but results are not guaranteed. Success varies by individual effort and external factors. Clients are responsible for their decisions and business outcomes.

8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- By engaging with our services, you waive the right to sue Ullman R4M Consulting, LLC.
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Florida law via the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- No class-action lawsuits are permitted. Arbitration decisions are final.

9. Amendments & Updates
Ullman R4M Consulting, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
