Cancellation Policy

Service Policy & Booking Terms Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review our booking, cancellation, and no-show policies below. Booking & Payment All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and digital payments for your convenience. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that schedules may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. However, due to the time reserved specifically for you, we enforce the following policies: Exclusive R4M Advantage clients get priority scheduling, therefore we may need to reschedule your booking if a conflict arises. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the appointment will not incur a fee. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests within 12 hours of the appointment may also be subject to the $100 fee, depending on availability. No-Show Policy Your time and ours are valuable. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice: A $100 no-show fee will be charged. Future bookings may require full prepayment. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We allow a 10-minute grace period, after which: Your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate other clients. If arrival is excessively delayed, your appointment may be rescheduled, and the $100 cancellation fee may apply. Refunds & Adjustments All services are non-refundable once provided. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss possible resolutions. Client Responsibility Please ensure accurate contact information is provided for confirmations and reminders. If using a third party to book your appointment, it is your responsibility to adhere to our cancellation and no-show policies. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you!
